Plinth Heater

We're undertaking some alterations to the layout of the ground floor and have a quick question. We're installing a plinth heater in the kitchen to recover some space, and I intend to reconfigure the flow and return pipes to better serve the livingroom and dining room and then extend on to the plinth heater in the kitchen. This will mean that the plinth heater is the last 'radiator' on the loop and will connect back the F&R pipes.

Is it okay to use the plinth heater as the last radiator on the loop? I can't see why not but just need to check. The heater will come on automatically as part of the main CH system so water will always be moving through it.

Alternatively should this be fed by separately teeing off?

Tip would be to provide wiring to enable you to fit a room 'stat to cut the fan when the room is warm enough...

Those plinth heaters are the most sensible way to heat a kitchen.

Fast heat and being seperately controlled by the stat goes off when you start cooking.

And they dont even take up any space!
