i have seen them in Q & B

SOme tank connectors have two longditudinal ribs in them for a spanner thing to turn, which makes it hard for the cone to seal well. Bas's method works, as does freezing the pipe.

As far as I can tell I'm in the dark all day and all night.

The clock's an hour slow, by the way!

For cases or torches? Can never find a torch in the dark. Besides, they do USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand. No shops down here
Hmmm, it'll be morning in March sometime.

Wonder if that clock will be put right - still an hour slow.
