JUST BEEN CALLED OUT TO A HALSTAD HSE24 WITH WATER COMING OUT OF THE FLUE ANY IDEAS? I THINK MAYBE A HOLE IN THE HEAT EXCHANGER?

I had this last year another plumber came out and sain its the heat ex and i was there quoting for a boiler replacement when i checked the cond pipe so got £45 instead of boiler change

To honest Plumbersmate, I take it you are a plumbers mate. Just sit down and think levels. What is the position of the heat exchanger in relation to flue pipes.
The boiler is a condensing boiler. It would need to be FULL of water for water to come out of the flue or flue has been fitted by someone (A plumber as opposed to a heating man?) for flue to discharge water.
