Plumbing fitments

Hi all,

I am looking to repipe my hall radiator from 8mm copper to 15mm using plastic pipe and was thinking of using Tectite classic push fit instead of normal copper compression fitments, has anyone got any reservations about these, are they reliable to use on central heating systems and don't leak?

The classics aren't demountable if I remember rightly so maybe not the best idea. Even then, not sure any standard water type push fit fittings come in 8mm. Smallest is 10mm I think.

Classics are demountable it's the sprint fittings that aren't.
