i have a problem with my boiler, its a baxi 105he condensing combi,a few months ago i noticed the pressure had dropped to zero so i filled it up but within a few days it had dropped again. Some days its fine other days when i fill it up it takes a few hours to lose all its pressure. The boiler is less than two years old i have lost the warranty on it so any help would be grateful thanks huw

You should check that the PRV vent is not dripping and that the pressure is between 1.0 and 2.0 Bar even when hot.

You should contact the Baxi service department to see if they will operate the warranty from the serial number. Usually second year cover requires a documented service at the end of the first year. It may also be dependent on the installation being registered.

The usual thing to do would be to call the installer back.

Be aware the leakage may be in the heating system and nothing to do with the boiler.
