Pneumatic toilet flush

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody knows of a traditional handle which uses the pneumatic system?
We currently have a push button and I find it a bit fiddly at times.

If I replaced the button, what are they actually called?

Fluid master do a version the handle is about half the size of a standard one
