Pointing on a garden Wall

The guy who did my garden didnt put dark grey pointing on the wall as asked (bricks are dark grey/blue - pointing is regular cement colour).

How can I change this to a grey colour - it looks something from USSR days!
Is masonary paint my only solution????????
