Pond Pump

Fellas,
Can anybody reccommend a cheap and cheerful pond pump.
Told a customer the other day that i wont be fitting her £10 one she got from B&Q.
So im looking for a cheapish one, any ideas?

Does it not meet the requirements, or are you just not in favour of B&Q pumps. ?

isn't £10 cheap and cheerful? We spent over £90 on a pond pump about 4 years ago, its still going strong. I think this is one of those things you should spend a lot of money on to ensure quality. I haven't ever cleaned the innards of said pump either. It pumps up about 2 foot above the surface, and it does create quite a powerful gush!

TBH, i probably wouldn't like to fit a £10 pump anywhere. Never mind submerged under 2 feet of water!
