Is it possible to get poor flow in a pipe to a hot water tap caused by an airlock or would the airlock result in no water coming out of the tap at all?
I thought that maybe airlocks build up over time. I hear about plumbers using hoses to clear airlocks in hot water pipes and flush them out through the vent pipe. Presumably these airlocks weren't stopping the water flow as soon as the pipes were installed, they appeared much later.
