Hi,
It might be worth removing the 'cylinder' part first and checking the dimensions compared to the Amazon part.
But yes, it should unscrew, or else you wouldn't be able to screw in the new one! :)
Some pliers should help remove it.
And the parts are pretty standard so the Amazon one will probably fit.
