would anybody know the distance between the landing lights and the outlet vent would need to be have got a bit of leeway either way

The lights should be spaced in rows at intervals of 30m ± 3m this is one document I found for landing lights or AGL (aerodrome ground lights) I think the most important thing is they all have same output.
I think the distance from the vent or dispersal is not important as they can be run over.
