Possible rogue please help me

I think you need to realise you are never going to get an A1 finish from this guy.

His work is by no means the worst I've seen, as a far as handyman standards go it's reasonable.

By professional decorator standards it's poor.

You shouldn't have to keep pointing out the snags to him - he should be able to spot them as he's working.
 
As an old Country Boy " Toby Smith " sets bells ringing like on a horses tack !
