Good evening,
I currently have smart meters that are operating in dumb mode. In December my bill was for over 7,000kWh which is approximately 2.5x normal December usage. The readings are correct, as I submitted them to the supplier, but I am sure I did not use that much energy.
Over the past week I have taken daily meter readings (sometimes multiple per day) and on one occasion logged an equivalent usage of over 1,000kWh per day with everything turned off.
Since I took the meter reading in December I have noticed a capital 'C' after the reading on the meter. More recently this has changed to a lower case 'b'. Does anyone know what these letters mean? Are they an error code?
Thank you for any advice.
