Potterton boiler awful noise

Re: Potterton, Profile prima boiler, hot water tank job with Honeywell Y plan.

Fault: The boiler fires up normally from cold and after 20 seconds of operation , the boiler makes an awful , awful racket. I quickly switch off.

Can any one out there help?

Noise is a low whine, increasing to a loud vibrating whine after several seconds.
