Hi All,

For the last couple weeks the water from shower head how been randomly going cold then back to back to warn, along with reduced pressure at times.

Now I've got no heating at all and the boiler is showing the follow error message "385" (low voltage)

Any ideas what part might be broken and how much it will cost to fix?

If it’s low voltage, then I’d be looking at the incoming feed from the fcu (fused connection unit) and or the fcu. Had any work carried out or has the boiler cable been pulled by accident?

Ill try those steps when i get home. No work has been carried out or cable pulled by accident.
