Hi all,
We've got a Potterton Heatmax Combi - for the last couple of weeks, the following has started happening when turning on and running a hot tap:
1) Red hot water comes out pretty quickly.
2) Water turns back to extremely lukewarm (probably cold just warmed by the pipes). This happens within maybe ten seconds or so.
3) Will continue running lukewarm.
Any ideas?
The boiler fires up and continues to fire correctly as far as I can see during this process.
Going to get a gas engineer in anyway but just trying to suss out what part(s) it could be.
PS - no issue with GCH.
