Hi all,
My boiler is a Potterton Powermax 85 HE. It is quite a large, older boiler.
The issue I’m having is that the shower water starts off very hot, but after around 10mins it becomes lukewarm. At that point, all the other hot taps in the property are also only lukewarm.
When this happened, I checked the boiler and it was burning, presumably trying to heat water?
Is this normal behaviour for this type of boiler, or is there a fault?
