problem with powermax 155. 9 years old. hot water turning lukewarm to cold a few seconds after the tap is turned on. problem in winter months, summer water is normal temp.
The in pipe to the thermostatic mixer is always hot but out to house goes warm after a few seconds suggesting the mixing is incorrect. Reluctant to get the mixer replaced since I know of an instance where this did not resolve the problem.
Any advice and/or solution would be warmly appreciated.
