Hi,

Hoping for some advice from someone out there who has experience with the Baxi Bahama 100 Combi Boiler...

Problem is with hot water to the bathroom - it keeps switching between being hot and cold. Typically we'll get maybe 5 or 6 seconds of hot water, followed by lukewarm water, then cold, then lukewarm again and eventually, after turning the tap off completely several times in between, hot again for another few seconds. The same thing happens when taking a shower.

The radiators throughout the house are piping hot and dont seem to be a problem. The water pressure is within the limits too according to the boiler indicator. From what I can hear, the boiler seems to fire up whenever the water is running and doesn't just stop after 15 seconds as highlighted in the Baxi Lockout Problem elsewhere on this forum.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated !

Cheers,

Dave
