Beware of company’s charging for parts with the problem not resolved!..
I have Potterton Premax SL with a similar Fault where the Boiler fires and runs with flame for about 5-10 Seconds but then Cuts out only to go through the same sequence Exactly 10 times before running fine.However, this is an intermittent problem where it can be fine for a couple of days then reoccur again. The company I asked to check it out First fitted the electrodes, then the PCB but did not solve the problem and wanted to Charge me about £350 Grrrr!
Any help would be greatfuly received
