potterton kingfisher rs50 boiler

i have the potterton kingfisher rs50 boiler that has just started tripping the mains i have bypassed the wall mounted controls thinking the fault was there the boiler fired up and after about 20 mins the mains tripped again can anyone suggest what the fault could be it has been working fine with no problems up till now

it doesnt seem to have a pcb it looks very basic the supply goes to the temp swith then to gas valve
 
Ceck around the pump and motorised valves for little water leaks that may be dripping into them

i have checked theres no sign of any water
it seems to trip quick if temp is low stays on longer the higher the temp set
 
That would tend to suggest gas valve /boiler stat(but thats usually just a switch)
As it is powering on and off more often than if you had it on high
