The potterton boiler 40L has developed a problem with red & green lights flashing at once with a constant clicking. Have turned the mains electric off several times but everytime it's switched back on the clicking continues with the lights flashing. Any ideas on whats at fault?

40L will be a suprima I imagine.
Sounds like the PCB is dead but needs checking properly, it's an expensive mistake if it isn't that!
