I’d probably say diverter valve issue.

Thanks CBW your right it was the diverter cartridge replaced it cheers

(Preheat indicator stays on after using the hot water tap?) Fitted a new diverter cartridge 28/05/21 which seemed to cure the previous problem where as the preheat was on constantly where has now it stays on after using the hot water. Any ideas anyone!!!!
