Potterton Combi 80 - pressure

I have moved recently to my home and a friend had a look at my bolier and told me that the pressure on boiler is too low. I asked him how to increase it and he told me that there should be some switch or panel somewhere where you can adjust it...........I havent got a clue...I opened the panel and dont even know where to start...Please does anyone know what to do.

and dont forget to turn it off when pressure gets to 1 bar ?????
