Potterton Gold boiler not repressurising

Hi all,

I've recently had this boiler fitted and it's given me an error saying it needs to be repressurised. I've opened the taps on the filling loop to repressurise but nothings happening, I don't get the sound of water flowing through like I did with my old boiler.

Anyone got any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
