The diverter valve is failing as the hw has to get to full flow to fire burner.

Ezypart will sell a new diverter at £35 plus £10 delivery, posted Monday.

But the nice lady on the phone from Ezypart said that the diahragm is a universal Giannoni one, which I can get off the shelf today.

Can anyone confirm this, as I thought it may have been a wax capsule type.

This boiler is 18 years old and still going strong :eek:

Thanks AH :D Can get the boiler up and ready today.

Never used Ezypart site before, most impressed.

Potterton tech line was wrong, as they said whole valve was needed, as it was a wax capsule type. Why do they make life so bloody awkward, it's bloody awkward enough as it is :rolleyes:

Write a letter of complaint hinting on compensation etc.......
