the boiler does not fire up every time in the morning when adjusting the thermostat. after switching on and off a few times it normally works. if this fails the only way to fire it up is to switch on hot water at the controller which again will only work if the water needs heated. once it is operating the thermostat regulates the heating ok for the rest of the day. any ideas what the problem is?
