Our 28i is becoming a real pain in the bum, the central heating works fine and when it's on we can run the hot water tap and get hot water.
The problem is when the central heating is not on and we turn the hot water tap on we only get luc warm water, we have to go up and tap the modulator to get the flames roaring
Is there an easy way to solve this?
