Potterton prima 40e trip issue

Hi All,

Short story: went away on hols, boiler turned off but power/water on. Came back from holiday and boiler wouldn't start and CH pump constantly running. Replaced flue as knackered and fan. Replaced actuator. Now boiler starts and CH pump runs but: On a cold start first thing in the morning the overload trips. Any ideas as my mind is frazzled.
