Potterton puma 80 problems

I have a potterton puma 80 and i have problems when using the central heating. If i turn the central heating on it will fire up for about ten seconds then switch off the pressure gauge needle goes into the red after about 30 seconds it will start to fire up i have not long changed the pump and also changed the curcuit board,if i release some of the pressure is will automatically. I can also report that my pilot light goes out if i have the hot water on for long periods of time. Can anyone help!!!

to be honest it sounds like youve got more than one problem which i wont explain as i dont really want to encourage DIYing boiler repairs best thing to do is get a local heating engineer to have a look at it as we actually get paid to fix problems and offer advise as aposed to giving away free repair advice on the net
