Not a diy job I'm afraid. 
Could be thermocoupler or gas valve which will need a heating engineer to look at

Its probably the pilot coming off the thermocouple when main flame fires up, usually due to a poor or partially blocked pilot , either way its a CORGI engineers job to repair. Thermocouple cools as pilot comes off it and shuts down the gas valve.
