Potterton Puma fault

My Potterton Puma pilot light keeps extinguishing. I think it mostly happens after using hot water taps, but not until the tap is turne off.

Can anyone provide any insight as to what the fault might be.

Do a search on 'puma flow switches' comes up all the time.
 
Its as a result of a fault caused by the DHW demand not ceasing when the tap is turned off.

As the rules say you should search this forum for any of the one or two examples posted every week.
