Hi all.

I've got hold of a spare suprima, which I'm dismantling in order to get the heat exhanger out. I can't get the burner out.

The manual says "disconnect the one screw, then hold the burner on the right hand side and pull forwards to slide it out of the casing" (or similar wording). It won't budge.

Anyone have any experience in this, and know what I might be doing wrong? Is it just an extremely tight fit?

Thanks for any advice.

yep there is just one screw then it should slide out forwards....more force on the right hand side. Would be worth disconnecting the earth wire and electrode lead before you tug it though.
This job is a definite corgi job if ever there was one, I hope you have found someone who will check everything when you finish.
