Good day, good folks. I had to replace my external expansion vessel the other day. I put everything back together and the system seems to be OK (so far). The only problem is I am not sure how to bleed the 22mm pipes connecting the boiler to the airing cupboard. I suspect there is air in them as I can hear water 'swishing' when pump is running. There is an AAV located near the boiler. It's the type with a small plastic screw at the top. Should the screw be screwed all the way in or out?
