hi iam pouring a concrete shed base and have poured the area of the base but i have 1" in height to finish off is this ok to do this iam going to keep it wet and finish it off on saturday?

You can not keep concrete wet it will set hard in 20 hrs. After 3 days it will be well on its way to max strength.

Also, you can not add 1 inch of coarse aggregate concrete to an existing concrete base. It won't work.

min is 50mm and thats screed

25 mm be crazy paving in a couple of days

Why did you not take the concrete to the finished level in one go?

Hpe you maanaged to get it done tonight! If not, then best bet will be to use tanaltised bearers to get the shed up to the right height and forget the idea of topping it up..
