Power Brush for Artificial grass

Hi,

I've finally gone an laid artificial turf. It's almost done just got a couple of things to finish off. One of them being brushing the grass to get all the fibers to stand up. I've stared this with a pretty sturdy brush but I've seen them using a power broom in videos. For the life of me i can't seem to hire this. I've seen them called Power Brush/Broom/Sweeper, Mechanical Brush/Broom/Sweeper...

Is there a UK name for this thing so i can hire it!

The power brush is an attachment for multi tools like the stihl combi series.
