Power Shower - lack of hot water pressure

Does anyone know what could be causing this. There is no real power from the shower and the water is coming out in a pulse effect (if you know what I mean). Can still use the shower but no real power coming from it !!!

Basically, and you will have worked this out, you don't have enough hot water. This is either caused by the heater not having a high enough capacity or a problem with the pump/impeller attached to it. If you have a stuck impeller then it can usually be loosened simply by "flicking" it with a screwdriver. Anything else and you are looking at replacing components/units.
