Very self righteous bunch

If you feel to add non constructive comments then why bother ?

I just what to warn other people that the training as advertised on Kamco's website does not apply to 2nd hand machines

When dishing out £500 on a peice of equipment I would of thought you would get some support from the manufacturer. After all it would cost Kamco exacty nothing to add me on the training course.
It would cost nothing for the train company to let me on their train FOC, but thats not the way it works. It would cost nowt for Baxi to let me sit at the back of their lecture rooms, (and I do occasionally buy a full price new baxi product), but no, it doesn't work that way!

You get a "bargain" and expect a free top up. Are you not in business yourself?

Incedentally, you could have bought a new, guaranteed, one for £800c including enough chems for, IIRC, 8 FLUSHES

OK expertgasman I do see your point. But a lot of boiler manufactures do offer free courses to installers. It makes good business sense to have a good relation with their clients. Carrot and stick. When I come to buy a replacement machine I will ask myself do I want to buy a Kamco ?

My kamco 30 has lasted well, good reversing valve, but noisy and now overly powerful. Not cheap either.
