Powermax complete gsm call back!

Hi there,
i made the same question last year but now i need a solution since my telephone line is not anymore.
I had a powermax complete system installed with the gsm module installed also. i have the installers code and i ve checked the installers manual but i can't find which settings do i need.
If i have voice report enabled then the system gives me the line failure error since i have no line at home anymore.
The gsm can sent me sms normally but it can't make calls to me.
What shall i change to make my panel skip the phone line and make my gsm the only calling option.
My installer is saying that the gsm is installed just for sms reporting. Is this true?

You can get a gsm unit that your ptsn line (std phone line) can use.
You would plug the phone cable from your alarm into the unit and it would make a call exactly these same as the old system did except using a mobile signal instead of a land line. They cost around £90..

The strange thing is that if i disable voice alert and i have the land line connected i got calls not just sms from my gsm unit(i disabled the land line on my second floor since when i have it connected my broadband tv set signal is getting scrabbled, probably i need new wiring)

You need an ADSL filter wherever you share phone and broadband services.
