When lifting up floor board to do some previous work I discovered there are 5 steel beams running from front to back of my house. My house is a PRC home that needed the outer concrete walls replacing with brick in the 1980s.
Has anybody else dealt with a similar structure before and was this problemic? I am asked as I am thinking of planning an extension.
