Premia 9 Locked

Does anyone know how to unlock the keypad of a premia 9 alarm. It is locked and displaying '11'.

I want to change the battery but not being able to punch in the code because it is locked is giving me a problem. I have no manual for it and it played up after an extended power cut. Any ideas please? thanks

First off have a better look at the display ' 11 ' is NOT in the list of possible displays for this panel.

Changing (removing) the battery will more than likely 'unlock' the keypad.

Don't forget the mains supply when working.
