Premier 48-w hard wired zones

I am trying to decide between Premiem Elite 24/48 with wireless expander, or the Premier 48W.

Reading the quick start guide says on p16 it says...
"Zones 0 expandable to 48"

However, on other sites it says "4 on-board hard wired zones".

Can anyone confirm the amount of hard wired zones, the PCB picture doesn't show any zone inputs.

Also, I note the latest version of Wintex doesn't list Premier 48w when trying to connect, has anybody successfully used Wintex with it?

The old Premier 48W had no onboard zones. The new Premier Elite 48W has 4 onboard zones.

The first manual you linked to is for the old model.

Agree that Wintex does not have it listed but I can't help with this as I've not used a 48W.

Choosing the "Elite 48" version in wintex works perfectly with the 48-W although it will show 8 wired zones instead of only 4 zones, ignore 5 - 8.
