Renovating small box room, paint on back wall just peeled off leaving the plaster bare. Have primed the plaster with a weak Unibond wash. Am I okay to emulsion over this now?

Big mistake, you just made a big problem for your self  ; never prime plaster with PVA, the paint won’t bond & you’ll need gallons of it to cover! Prime plaster with cheap own brand white matt emulsion, thinned down 25-30%, 2/3 coats in quick succession which helps the paint bond to the plaster surface. Leave to dry overnight & then your chosen paint finish.

The original paint probably peeled off because this wasn’t done; or have you primed it with PVA before.
