Hi I'm new to this forum so please forgive any lack of correct protocol

My question is can I make an estimate of water pressure from flow rate.
This would be in a domestic situation mains cold feed pipe 15 mm diameter to asses sutable pressure flow rate for an electric shower

a quick test - this would let you get an idea of how good ur pressure is

place ur hand under the tap sealing the hole where water comes out,

if you are able to stop the water without getting spray everywhere then ur pressure is poor ,

if u find it hard to stop water spraying everywhere then its good!

otherwise there is a tool u can buy to measure pressure and another one for measuring flow rates.
