I have a taxi duotec and the pressure was at 0.5 bar and still working the other day.

I topped up quite a bit to top of 1 bar.

The next day the pressure was into the middle of 2 bar.

Does this mean the pressure sensor is playing up ?

Had it serviced in march and the vessel was pressurised.

No drips from the pressure relief pipe

Obviously the pressure rises when you use it so make sure it's cold.
Keep an eye on it.
Radiator valves open?
I'd of thought if the temperature dropped in the night and the valves opened that would lower the pressure?
Open all the valves anyway

If the boiler hasn't run in CH mode and the pressure is still rising then chances are the filling loop may be passing. The fill valve may not be shutting off properly.
