So, the Gloworm 35ci has been playing up since we moved house. Recently been having lots of problems with pressure falling from 1.0 bar to 0.6 bar (thus not firing up as pressure too low). Water dripping from the overflow pipe outside, pressure up to 3.0ish when boiler working.
Expansion vessel, right?
So tried the FAQ thing today to the letter, drain water out, pump EV pressure up, fill system to 1.0bar, boiler back on. 6 hours later, pressure is down at 0.5 and heating is off. 'wtf', as the kids say..?!
No leak in the house, can't work this one out. I guess perhaps either the expansion vessel itself - or a pressure sensor somewhere - knackered?
thanks in advance.
cheers

As you were pumping up the press ves. did it expel more water from the drain point, if not the connecting pipe is quite possibly blocked.
