Have just bought a flat with my daughter (new build) and she wants a radiator moved.

Flat is the first floor in a two story block so all the pipes run in the loft under the insulation so the pipe runs are above the radiators and the boiler.

Now when I refill the system will there be an air release valve somewhere that bleeds the air out of the system or am I relying on the flow to drag it all through the boiler (Glowworm) which I guess has an air release valve?

I would always fit at least two air vents , one on flow and one on return , they may be automatic ie self venting or manual ones .

The boiler has an automatic air vent which will get most of it. When you start the boiler up, the pump will do the rest so you may need to repressurise a bit after a few minutes.

I agree with Tomy, I always fit auto air vents at high point in loft. If you have them they should be obvious to see.
