Prima LPR 600 dishwasher not working

New to this site requiring help with my dishwasher

My Prima LPR 600 dishwasher will not start on any cycle. It is stuck on 1st cycle ( pre-wash) and i cant move up temp cycles. Also when i switch on and shut door i get the audible alarm and nothing seems to happen.

Can anyone give me any possible clues?

does it fill with water
then after the water has enetered does it go quiet ??

I am offshore at the minute but I believe it is filling with water.

How can i check this without pulling Dishwasher out? as it would be difficult to remove from kitchen units.

Can you explain how it will not allow me to set up any other cycles apart from prewash?

Are the electric controls located in front or back of dishwasher?

circulation motor faulty

need one of these
not too dificult to fit but will need to pull it out to fettle it
