Hi whats the best way to powerflush a primatic cylinder? Should it be attempted or is it best to decline the job?

I would decline it. You will have dhw contamination problems for ages.
I once flushed the gravity primary flow and return connections separately between the cyl and boiler to get the dhw working again, just with water.
Primatics are awful things - they just saved a bit for the installer.

You need 2 disconnect circs 2 cylinder and join them, then flsh with machined using normal procedure, however cant use any chemicals so dont know what sort of a guarentee you would be wanting to give, personally i'd sack the job off, advise on upgrading sys etc etc
