Priming MDF Doors - but slight accident with Oil!

Hi

I had some wardrobes built out of MDF which I need to have primed before painting. Unfortunately I have brushed past two of the doors and I had bio-oil on my arm. It has marked the doors.

I'm thinking that the primer wont go over the oil marks. What should I do?

Zinsser B-I-N can be applied over oil stains, although achieving a nice even finish on MDF can be difficult because it is so quick drying. They also claim that their Bullseye 1-2-3 PLUS, water based primer, does the same, which is easier to apply. I can't confirm this as I can't recall having used this product for oil stains myself.
